All prices include VAT @ 20% unless otherwise indicated.
A VAT invoice will accompany your goods.

Returns policy Terms and Conditions

Loadhandler UK is a trading name of
Galbraith Bros (Precision Engineers) Company Limited.

We want you to be satisfied with the item you have purchased. The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made at any time up to 7 working days after the date you receive the item.

If up to 28 days after you have received the item you wish to return it as it is unwanted and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase cost less a small re-stocking fee. We will not however refund any postage or courier costs.

You must send the item back to us carriage paid – you must obtain proof of posting or shipment and on receipt and if the item is unopened and unused we will arrange a refund by your means of payment. This returns policy does not of course affect your statutory rights.
